Rolling Meadows Homeowners Association Board of Directors

Here, you will find information on the community's bylaws, covenants and amenities. Also, enjoy the recent newsletters and homeowner's association reports. Thanks for visiting!

Rolling Meadows community has many outstanding features.

Location: We are close to both the Lewes and the Rehoboth Beach outlets. We are a very short walk from Wawa (with its multiple EV charging stations), The Kitchen Store, Home Goods and Cape Wine & Spirits. Route 1 has a sidewalk on our side of the highway, so we can walk to other stores and restaurants as well, although they are more than a short stroll away. Our location also provides superior and rapid access to the beach, downtown Lewes, Cape Henlopen State Park and the Cape May-Lewes Ferry because of the traffic light at the intersection of Dartmouth Drive and Route 1, as well as direct access to Route 1 both north and south.

Community Pool: Rolling Meadows Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. You must have a homeowner's pass to use the pool. Our 50-foot by 25-foot pool was built in 2011.

Community Clubhouse: Our clubhouse is located at the entrance to the community on your right.

Activities: Rolling Meadows has several organized committees and social groups. The women's lunch bunch meets once a month (except during summer months) at a different restaurant each time. The book club meets monthly in our clubhouse. Rolling Meadows also has several informal exercise groups. One group meets twice a week at the clubhouse for aerobics. Another walking group laps the neighborhood each morning. We also have a community yard sale twice a year.

At Rolling Meadows you can be as active as you choose. We hope you'll participate in some way to get to know your neighbors.
